Pastor Bailey has been involved in ministry for two decades. He has preached in jails, half way houses, and pulpits in the South Eastern United States. He has participated in four evangelistic crusades and church plant efforts in Ghana - West Africa.

He was married to Rae Linn McBride of Livingston, Texas from 1988 until her death in 2008. In April of 2009 he married Sister Sandy Anderson from Jackson, Wisconsin. Together they have eight children and one grandson.

Paul and Sandy embrace each new day with prayer, hope, and faith. They are excited about building a strong Apostolic church in West Georgia where every member of the body of Christ is active in ministry.
